  That domain appears to be registered with http://www.dondominio.com and not WordPress. You will have to ask them to cancel it

  What I want is to cancel the service in WordPress, I don’t want to continue paying the suscription ($13/year).

  Hi there,

  You can cancel upgrades by going to Store > My Upgrades in your blog’s dashboard. On that page, you can click the Cancel link next to your domain mapping upgrade and follow the instructions on the screen to cancel it.

  Hi there,

  Sorry about that! I just realized that the domain mapping upgrade is owned by a different user on your blog. Only the user who owns the upgrade can cancel it.

  If you aren’t sure which user owns the upgrade, you can check on your My Upgrades page. Under the domain name, you will see “Purchased by” and the name of the upgrade owner. That user will need to log in to cancel the upgrade, or contact us directly for further help canceling the upgrade.

  Hello, I have not access to the admin with the user who have purchased the upgrade the “Domain Mapped to WordPress.com”, but the Paypal account where WordPress will take the money is mine.
  Can you help me?

  If you own the account that was used to purchase the upgrade, but you can’t log in to that account to manage it, you can log out of your account joanginestar and visit this page:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  Click the “Need More Help?” link next to the button, and fill out the form. Our account recovery team will get back to you by email so you can discuss the options for regaining access to that account in private.
