  Hi there!

  It looks like the transfer process has already started for your domain. Right now, it’s at a stage where we can’t cancel the transfer from our end. If you’d like to cancel the transfer, please do so from your current registrar’s end. There should be an option to ‘decline’ the transfer from your current registrar, which is the only way to cancel the transfer now.

  On a separate note, may I know why you decided to cancel your WordPress.com plan and the domain transfer? If you still need a site, we’d love to help!
