I can’t cancel the premium extension of my blog. I receive no confirmation email to confirm your decision even though I tried for 4 days! I don’t want to take 99 euros when I request the cancellation from 4 days. I have not reached the end of the trial period , there he has a connection?

If I understand correctly, you’ve purchased the domain naturopathe-lyon2.fr elsewhere and would like to use that with your WordPress.com site (naturopathieconfluence.wordpress.com). If so, you’ll just need to map it as explained here:

Right after you change a domain’s DNS, you can get an error like that because your computer hasn’t updated the DNS it uses to find your domain. However, that will fix itself after a couple days.
