  Hi there, I am hoping to turn off the privacy setting on my site and unlock the domain. Could someone please assist with this?

  Hi @troycarterplumbing, was this for the domain that was mapped to this account? Are you hoping to transfer it into us?

  The domain is registered with another provider right now, so you’ll need to contact them regarding unlocking and transferring. If you want to transfer it here to us, we can help once you’ve got that far. Or, if you’re transferring to someone else, they can help from there.
