cancel the subscription

    I join your business package today (not more than 6 hrs), however I find that wordpress.com don’t support Google AdSense. It’s a big trouble to us, as Google Ad can’t be displayed after we implement the ad code. I would like to cancel this subscription & request the refund, and we are fine to pay the full 1 day cost as compensation. Please help to process my request ASAP. Or you can assist me to transfer the package to wordpress.org

    These are the community support forums so it might take a while for an official moderator/staff member to look at this.

    I think for canceling a subscription you would be better off raising a ticket through the help menu item in your WordPress.com profile. Clicking the “Get Help” button at the bottom of the support page will get you there. I think on the business plan you also have email and live chat support options.

    I’ll add the modlook tag to this question anyway to flag it for attention.
