Cancel the upgrade

    I opened my domain through iPage and then closed it due to having troubles. My wordpress account still shows the domain and that it will be charging me $99. I have looked everywhere to find a good contact to cancel this and emailed every email I can find with absolutely no response. I called iPage and even reactivated the domain so I could cancel it and it won’t let me in WordPress. Any suggestions so I don’t get charge $99?

    Frankly, I’m not entirely clear on what it is you are trying to do or where.

    Regardless, if you have any upgrades on WordPress.com, you can cancel them through your WordPress.com site Dashboard>My Upgrades. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
