Cancel Theme!

  Hello,

  I would like to cancel the premium theme, but when I go to click “refund,” I only get an error message over and over. I just subscribed to the theme today, and want to refund it so I can get the one I really want! Thanks so much.

  I am having the same issue! I keep getting “User or Token does not have access to specified site.”

  @emmazumsande, @ennobleministries: I’ve gone ahead to refund you both for the themes you purchased. Please note, it usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on your statement.

  The themes have been left active on your account for the moment, while our team investigates the cause of the error. I’ll remove them once we’ve got to the root cause.
