  hi, please advise how to cancel to cancel the current theme as this is preventing me from deactivating my account

  Hi herfitnessfeed,

  If your site has upgrades, like a Premium Theme, you will need to remove it first.

  Thanks, but no this doesn’t work as the theme never expires so I can’t see a way to remove it as there is no payment or date associated with it.
  I need WordPress to delete it. Is there a link to contact WordPress directly?
