Cancel theme

  I bought the Fortune theme yesterday but it is not the right one that I am looking for so I want to cancel it and choose another. But when I click on cancel and refund in My Upgrades nothing happens.
  Please can you advise how I can do this

  I’ve removed and refunded your theme, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
