cancel theme

  Hello,

  I’m new to the blogging word/WordPress and had no idea how involved it is. When I purchased the “Healthy Living” theme I saw I have 30 days to get a refund. I’ve tried several times to figure this thing out and I just don’t have the time right now to do so. I don’t see anywhere where I can cancel the theme and be refunded the $69. Please advise asap as my 30 days expires tomorrow on the 18th.

  Hi Samantha,

  I’d be happy to cancel and refund the theme for you, but please note that when I remove it your site will automatically default to a free theme and you will lose all customizations.

  I’m not sure if you are aware, but the Healthy Living theme has their own support guide here:

  If you still want to cancel/refund the theme, please reply to confirm.

  Thank you so much for the quick reply. Please go ahead and cancel the theme and process the refund. I plan to purchase another theme once I figure out what I’m doing with the help of a friend. Thanks again!

  Thanks for the confirmation! It has been canceled and refunded. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
