  Hi there,
  That is something you have to do it yourself, because WordPress staff do not cancel/delete accounts. However, i must inform you that WordPress.COM accounts cannot be cancelled/deleted permanently once created.

  But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  IMPORTANT NOTE:
  Even if you deactivate your account your username is not removed from the database, so that it’s not available to any other users when they are registering for a new account. This is done to keep you from being impersonated by anyone else.
