  Thanks for writing to us. It sounds like you need help with 2 different sites.

  1. Tadiarice.com
  2. TahirihAssociation.org

  Looking closer at this user account I can see that neither of those sites are actually connected to the account or using WordPress.com managed hosting. You are not paying us any money for either of those sites.

  Your hosting provider may be able to provide some help. Otherwise, there is some help available through the volunteer community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ That is for folks like yourself who have sites set up on the stand alone WordPress installation. It’s a different version of WordPress from what we offer here at WordPress.com.
