This is so messed up. You show no record of charging me OR have record of payment yet charged me $198 on April 25 2022. I demand you to refund me and cancel my account so no future charges are taken out.

Do you know the URL of the site the upgrades were purchased for?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
