  Just to clarify, do you want to delete the site completely? Or, are you trying to hide this site from the public view or something similar when you say “remove this site”

  Please clarify and we can suggest the right move further.

  Thank you for your answer. I am confused and would appreciate help. Different people have been working for me on a site and I think a blog. I am not sure what I have paid for and what I have the rights to use. My first site was dignitatis.dk this site was changed to Florida.com and I know I paid for a pro version. A friend of my started a new blog, last week for me called partneriet.com and we paid for the pro as well but we had the money back because, I was told, by my friend, that the theme we had chosen not work with a slider. Can you confirm that this site no longer exist and the reason why we got the money back and is this site closed now. Can you help me to clear out what I have the rights to use and what coast I have in the future with wordpress. I do need to have 2 sites from now on 1) Partneriet.dk and 2) No name yet. I have another site with a friend Mette Rosenquist named klinikkenforangst.dk we both want to change this site to Partneriet.dk and me Anastasija Lohse as the owner if that is possible.   Hi Anastasija,

  As @iamrishaan already said, dignitatis.dk, florida.com, partneriet.dk, and klinikkenforangst.dk are not hosted here on WordPress.com and therefore we cannot provide any support for them.

  The domain partneriet.com was registered with us, but it was canceled and the associated site was deleted.

  I hope I cleared the air and let me know if you have more questions.

  My friend made this and said she cancelled it again and you have mail that we will have the money refunded. My friend used her own mail (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my credit card. Could you please confirm my account is cancelled and send the answer to my email address. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi Anastasija,

  I can see we issued the refund on January 21, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
