  Hola!

  I have been charged 80€ for an upgrade without any previus e-mail and also has been charged at 3am Barcelona time today on Sunday Feb 15th 2015 So, not fare at all. I went to the link https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/ and click “cancer this upgrated” but seams does not go anyware and also does not say that my money is going to be back.

  I want a representative (better Spanish speaker) to contact me and explain about this charge.
  So pleae, I want a full refund fo this
  I want to cancel my account with you ASAP my money is back.

  I apologize, however we don’t have any Spanish speakers available at this time. I can however tell you that I have voided the transaction for your WordPress.com premium upgrade. The purchase will not fully go through and any funds which were taken out of your account will be returned.

  This charge happened because you signed up for our free trial of the WordPress.com premium upgrade two weeks ago. This free trial is only free for the 2 weeks, at the end of which you are charged the full price for the Premium package, which is 80 eur.

  I have ensured that you will not be charged again, though the premium package will be removed from your account tomorrow.
