    Hi.
    I’m using this account because the account that i have problems don’t exit anymore.
    I’m try to explain the problem in details:

    1 – My friend had a site in wordpress called: http://tecnocibernetico.wordpress.com

    2 – We convert this website in http://tecnocibernetico.com.br

    3 – I contract the service of site redirection of wordpress by $13.

    4 – The website don’t exists anymore ( http://tecnocibernetico.com.br) and wordpress still charging my paypal account annually with $13.

    5 – The web site: http://tecnocibernetico.wordpress.com, dont exist anymore too and I can’t login and cancel this service.

    6 – I asking for support to cancel the annual fee of $13 in may paypal account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and suspend the last charge that was made today.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    NOTE: Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew

    If you remember your other account and password you can log in at the link below to the original blog – you have trouble getting there because the domain mapping is still active

    I don’t remember the login details, but I’ll get in touch with my friend (owner of this website) to get these informations.

    Anyway, I still need to cancel the charges made in my paypal, since the website no longer exists and no site redirections are made.

    @koolpair: it looks like ownership of the Site Redirect upgrade is under the owner’s user account. As such, we can only process a cancellation/refund request from the upgrade owner, regardless of the payment method.

    Since this is a site redirect upgrade, it falls under our 30-day refund policy so you have time to contact the site owner to have them request the cancellation/refund of this upgrade. Have them login and simply reply to this thread to initiate the request and I’ll take care of the rest of it.

    OK guys, I talk to the ownership and the service was cancelled in wordpress.

    I also receive an e-mail from wordpress describing the refund process in my paypal account.

    My paypal account are showing the refund. Now, I believe, is between paypal and my credit card.

    I think that’s all. Thanks for the excellent help…
