  I must have signed up to a plan a year ago through you and have recently been charged again however I want to cancel this subscription. The transaction name is [REMOVED SENSITIVE TRANSACTION DATA] and it was £51. I cannot find out any other way to cancel this. Please can you respond using my email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  Please do not post that information to the public support forums.
