Cancel Transfer

    Hi, just looking to cancel my tranfer of Domain.

    It’s coming up with an erro ‘Oops! Something went wrong and your request could not be processed. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.’

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Generally, if you only requested a transfer, and didn’t specifically confirm it, there’s no need to do anything else. But if you’ve already given a transfer code to your new registrar, then you should contact them to cancel.

    Now, I don’t see a domain tied to your current WordPress.com account. So, please contact help (at) wordpress.com from the email address with which you registered your domain. We’ll be happy to help sort it out! :)
