Cancel Trial

  I want to cancel my trial. I do not want to use WordPress. “Diego” on live chat said it was cancelled but then I logged out and logged back in and my account is still active. I need this account cancelled.

  I can confirm that the trial has been cancelled from your account. You should see that all upgrades have been removed here:

  You will not be charged moving forward.
