Cancel trial

  We’d like to cancel our trial period of WordPress Business. We decided WordPress just isn’t the solution for us.

  How do we do this?

  Hello there.

  I see that you have a free trial for the Premium upgrade that expires on 4/21/2014. I am happy to cancel that for you, if you confirm this is what you’d like.

  You do not have a Business upgrade trial running on this account, however. Are you referring to a Business trial on a different WordPress.com account?

  Hmmmmm….I’m confused. I thought we did have a business upgrade trial running as we gave our credit card information.

  HI there,

  You definitely signed up for a free trial that expires on 4/21/14, but it was for the premium upgrade ($99) not Business ($299). At any rate, if you wish to cancel it, there will be no charge to your card and it comes out the same. :)
