Cancel trial and request theme refund

I need to cancel my trial program and request a refund on my theme Magazine, which I have now attempted to do 3 times with no follow up as promised.

I have had it with no response from your organization on the several request I have made regarding canceling my trial and a refund on my purchase of the theme Magazine. I am asking this be accomplished immediately. If not, on Monday I will contact Visa, where you have already charged my account for the theme and before you have the opportunity to charge for the trial, both which you claim are refundable. I will ask they investigate attempted fraud due to the nature of simply ignoring my request on several occasions. This is very poor customer service. I will also find a way to copy these request to your corporate CEO and what ever agencies govern your operations so they can also review and monitor your simply poor methods of operations. You owe it to yourself, your company and specially to me as a consumer to correct this immediately and improve what, to this point has been very poor communication. Richard Price

I went ahead and refunded the theme from your account. You should see the credits on your bank account within the next several days. I have also cancelled the Premium bundle subscription so you will not be charged for that going forward.
One question I had was regarding your domain seniorsintraining.com. I can definitely cancel that from your account. However, in that case, the domain will be returned to the registrar and may take several weeks or longer before it’s available for registration elsewhere. Alternatively, I can send a manual payment request for $26 for the cost of the domain.
