Cancel Trial Subscription

    My 14 day trial ends tomorrow, and although I have clicked the cancel button countless times for the subscription I have not received any emails with the confirmation code. I need this cancelled ASAP.

    What do you see here?
    Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades
    Dashboard → Store → Billing History

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

    NOTE: If the transaction goes through then provided you are logged in under the same username account that set up the 14 day trial upgrade, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Hi there, yes I am using the same account that registered the blog.

    1) I can see the blog, and the included registered domain under “my upgrades” however there are no options to disable auto-renew.

    2)When I try to cancel the blog and accept the confirmation email, i receive this error message: “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”

    3)under “billing history” it’s “$0.00” under wordpress.com, nothing else is reflected.

    Now because they won’t allow me to cancel my trial, the trial period has expired and I have been charged, yet when I try to refund my money, they are charging me money for the domain when by right I should have been able to cancel it during the trial period by myself and avoid any charges…

    I am having the same issue. I have no clue as to why this is so difficult. All I want to do is cancel my trial subscription so my card doesn’t get charged. Here is the link to my blog. Can a staff member please cancel it before the trial period ends on October 30th. I am to be charged $99 on November 1st which better not happen. I have tried everything. Someone cancel this trial subscription and domain immediately!
