  Hi. I want to cancel all the uncompleted charges for my account. Thank you very much.

  Do you mean that you do not want to be auto-charged for renewal of your existing WordPress.com upgrades? If so, I am not seeing auto-renew as being setup on your account. So you should not be charged for anything.

  If you are referring to something else, please let me know.
