Cancel – unknown membership

    I am trying to cancel my service but am unable to find legitimate steps to do so. I was recently charged $26 but I have not signed up for any wordpress plans or upgrades. I am not even using a wordpress site. I created a free one over a month ago but I was under the assumption there were no charges involved in this. Can you please remove this charge and cancel whatever subscription I seem to be signed up for. Thank you
