Cancel Unused Account

  I no longer have access to my old account as it was registered under a cancelled email address. I’ve also been charged the annual $18 fee for the last two years, how can I cancel my subscription?

  Hi there,

  If you’ve been charged for a renewal payment on the account, it means you will have access to a transaction ID that you can use to regain access to the account in question. Once you’ve done that you’ll be able to cancel any upgrades, or we can help you with a refund. But we cannot cancel upgrades or issue a refund at the request of a completely different account without any verification of ownership.
