cancel upgrade

I clicked to cancel upgrade. Bank statement shows debit of $99. I filed a claim with my bank to dispute this . I would greatly appreciate that refund. I don’t wish to upgrade. My computer froze and when the page came back up I could not cancel upgrade. If you have disputed the charge with your bank, the funds are no longer ours to refund. You must cancel the chargeback with your bank. Then, I’m happy to refund your $99.
