Cancel Upgrade

Ive been trying to cancel my upgrade and its showing an error user or token does not have access to specified site. I’m not sure what that means but I’m within my 30 days and could somebody please cancel and refund.

I’ve gone ahead to cancel the Lifestyle theme on your account and have issued you a full refund. Please note, it usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on your statement.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the premium theme for the blog and your must be within the 30 days allowed to claim a refund.
