cancel upgrade

  HI support,

  I am trying to cancel my Oxford Theme upgrade. When I click ‘cancel and refund’ a prompt box appears asking me for my reasons, which I complete and then click ‘cancel premium theme’. Then nothing happens. No email is sent and Oxford theme remains in the ‘my upgrades’ list.

  Please help.

  I’m showing this theme is no longer in your account and that a refund for the purchase was processed on May 3rd. Do you have another WordPress.com site that also has this theme?
