Cancel upgrade but keep domain name
-
I want to cancel the annual subscription for the upgrade to a wordpress.com site I have used for a few years but would like to keep the domain name for future use. I have already moved all my old posts to a new wordpress.org site. Can’t find any link online where I can change credit card settings for annual renewals. I know the help forums say there is such a link but it sure doesn’t show up anywhere on my screen.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I removed the tagging for Staff from your first thread at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-want-to-cancel-an-active-upgrade?replies=3#post-2166867 and added it here.

The sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who purchased the upgrades for the blog. That blog owner can update credit card information at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

Hi there,
As timethief mentioned, upgrades can only be managed (including canceled) by the WordPress.com account that purchased and owns them. In this case, the other administrator on the site purchased the upgrade, so you’ll need to log in to that account (or ask the person who owns that account to log in) to do that.
If you own that account but are having trouble logging in, you can reset the account password or follow the steps in our Account Recovery guide for more help getting access to that account.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
