Cancel upgrade does not work ?

  Hello,

  I am trying to cancel my upgrade trial, but i does not get the mail with the confirmation link. Any idea why ?

  Did you check exactly where the site is hosted before tagging this thread for Staff? There is no domain mapping upgrade for christophecollins.com.
