Cancel Upgrade Refund ASAP

I have been clicking on refund button waiting for the confirmation email and I get nothing.
I do not wish to accept the upgrade, and I would like my 99$ back. I canceled this prior to the trial period.. but wordpress charged my account anyway.
Please help.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I HAVE DONE all of that.. the buttons do not work!
THis is NOT helpful Im not an idiot I know how the site works and how to click the buttons. I have dont it mulitpul times.
I want to talk to someone who can actually refund my money! and get it taken care of. The buttons DO NOT work!

I have disables my auto renew as well. I would like an email or phone number so that I can actually get this taken care of.
