Hi Tracy,
I understand you would like to cancel a domain, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.
Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:
After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:
If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm with the domain name.

Thank you for your help and I understand the warnings, but I would like to completely relinquish my rights to and cancel my ownership of re3.me

I actually want to do the same thing with cassiopia26.com. I thought I’d just be able to do it via computer after I found instructions for the first one, but could I do the same with that one as well, also with the understanding of the warnings you gave?
Thank you.

I have one question though. I only had cassiopia26.com for 3 months before switching to iosaffairs.com. If I cancel cassiopia26.com, will the links I created in those months point from my free base site, cassiopia26.wordpress.com, to the site I have actively mapped from it now, which is iosaffairs.com?

Hi Tracy,
Yes, your site and everything even created before the domain switch will be viewable at: iosaffairs.com.
I have canceled both re3.me and cassiopia26.com as requested.
Happy Blogging!
