Hi,
We have a domain redirect on our site
ediblebalance.wordpress.com and want to CANCEL it before it renews.Yet, it doesn’t offer a way to do that.
I have removed the redirect from happening but I want to make sure we are not billed for another year. Why do you have to make this so difficult??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/Dashboard > Store > Billing History
http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

mitchpopilchak–you’ll be able to turn autorenew off for the site redirect if you log in using the account that purchased the upgrade. I can also do it for you, but I need confirmation from the owner account here first.

I’m still showing ediblebalance.wordpress.com as an active site, with an active subscription. Do you have access to the account that owns the site?
