  I need you to cancel all purchases so I can permanently delete the site.

  Which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about, please?
  How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto-renew. Or you could be logged in under the wrong username account.

  Did you carry through and you use the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel and request a refund?

  Did you also cancel auto-renew https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew?

  Canceling and refunding purchases
  There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
  • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
  • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

  Canceling domains
  It is important to know that canceled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also, note that there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

  Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?

  There’s Premium Theme: Organization connected to that site. Would you like me to remove it so you can proceed with deletion?

  @spearpropertymanagement I’ve removed the theme for you.

  Do note too, though, that if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.

  Another option is to simply make site private — no one except you could access it, and only when you are logged in.
