Cancel Upgrades

  Hi WordPress –

  We are trying to remove this blog site, but received the message saying, ‘Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ However, when I go to my Purchases section, there is nothing showing on the Active Updates, Billing History, and Payment tabs on my end.

  Can you please provide guidance on how else to delete my blog site?

  Hey there! The site has a domain registration through another account, so you’ll want to sort that out before deleting the site.

  Will you be keeping that domain for anything? If so, let us know what you have in mind so we can advise your next steps, even if you’ll be using it with another provider.

  Also, can you log out and log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders for the domain? That’s the one you’ll want to use to manage it, as that is the account with ownership. Thanks in advance!
