Cancel upgrades after 30 days?

  Hello,

  I’d like to cancel my Customize and No Ads upgrades. I purchased them about 60 days ago, but have since moved my site to a self-hosted server.

  Would it be possible to get a partial refund based on unused time?

  Thank you. I’ve enjoyed having my site hosted on WP.com for the three years I was here.

  I went ahead and removed the upgrades from your account. Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase, so I’m afraid a refund will not be possible. However, you will not be charged moving forward for these upgrades.

  In that case, I’d rather keep the upgrades until they expire. Would you mind reinstating them? People are sometimes sent to the old site by search engines and links embedded in other sites. It’d be nice to keep the upgrades since I’ve already paid for them.

  Hey Nik,

  I went ahead and reinstated the upgrades to your blog. You can see them on your My Upgrades page here:

  https://wcxc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  The upgrades are not set to auto renew meaning you will not be charged automatically for them in the future.
