Cancel upgrades on our account

  We need to cancel our premium upgrades on our account; however, they are NOT listed in the area where your support doc and in-app links say they should be. I was trying to delete the site and it said I had to delete premium upgrades first, so I clicked that manage link, and the page was empty with no upgrades available to cancel, and there was a button saying I could buy new upgrades.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey Angela,

  You won’t see the premium upgrades under your account because you must be logged into the account that owns the upgrades. If you log into the account that owns the upgrades and follow the instructions on our support page, you should be able to cancel the upgrades.

  Or feel free to post in this thread under the account associated with the upgrades and I’d be happy to cancel the upgrades for you.
