Cancel video subscription

Hello, I have an iPad and i also have the wordpress app. I bought the video upgrade, but the videos that i have stored in the iPad never show up under the images when i am writing a post. Only photos. Maybe I’m an idiot, but my month is almost expired and id rather not pay the $50 for a service i can’t use or figure out. So, my question is if you can indicate how to cancel my subscription and/or tell me how i can upload videos from my iPad onto the app. Preferably both. Thank you so much.

You should be able to tap the icon which looks like film to upload and attach videos to a post that you’re writing. You’ll need to do this directly through the intended post for it to work though.
If you ever lose the upload, it should still be in the Media section of your blog’s Dashboard.
The kind folks at http://ios.forums.wordpress.org/ should be able to offer more details.
Of course, I can also cancel and refund this if you really want to.

On the regular website, there is an icon for videos. However, it will not allow me to browse (remains grey) my media library to pick videos. It almost seems as if i haven’t signed up for it, though i have the charge on my credit card. However, the ipad app (which is what a primarily use) only has icons of a paper clip and photos (a square with a mountain in it). Inside the former is all the uploaded pictures. In the latter, there are only the photos of my iPad. There is no icon for videos next to it.
I wouldn’t mind paying for the service if i could figure out how to use it. However, I’m not able to and it looks like I will have a product that I can neither use or return. So, perhaps better to cancel it and get my money back. How do I do this?
