  I wish to cancel subscription or purchase of VideoPress features. I do not want this feature to automatically renew!!!

  Hi Terrie,

  After looking into your account, I found that the VideoPress upgrade auto-renewal has already been disabled, so you will not be charged for the renewal and will expire on the 31st of December.

  Would you like me to completely remove it from your account ahead of time?
