Cancel Videopress issue

I purchased Videopress and it processed. But it is not working as I expected and I wanted to cancel and request a refund. However it is not showing in my Store or Billing History. Please help!

Hi again, VideoPress upgrades need to be purchased under a WordPress.com site, even if it’s ultimately going to be used on a self-hosted Jetpack site. Can you remember which site that may have been? I’m not finding any transactions on gazettanews.wordpress.com. Thanks for helping us track this down!

Great! I’ve cancelled the upgrade and issued a $60 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.
