  I want to cancel my website and do not want to renew

  Hi amandareaka1,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites or purchased any upgrades. What is the address of the site you wish to cancel?

  If the site is hosted on WordPress.com, please try logging in using the email address your last receipt or renewal reminder was sent to. You should then see the option to cancel upgrades from the Manage Purchases page in that account.

  If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please contact them for information about cancelling anything you have purchased from there.
