I’ve just started a premium website today, all I wanted to do was to create a simple blog site, I’ve quickly realised I don’t need a premium site and would like to cancel it, thank you.

I wonder is it possible to view examples of any simpler sites you have, it would help me to see if one would work for me. I lack the knowledge and experience to design a site and so would want something simple, a basic blog site, again thank you.

No worries; the biggest difference between free sites and ones with a personal plan, are that you get direct support, twice the storage space, and our ads are removed. If you start with a block theme you should still have many options for getting the look and feel you want.
And we’d be happy to help you get this refunded. We just need you to log into the correct account first.
Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
