I do not see any upgrades under your @dawnconnah WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that andjeosarajevo.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @dawnconnah login.

I contacted you last week. I want to cancel the domain I have with you and get a refund of£15. I tried to cancel this unsuccessfully. I am not used to website stuff. I asked someone in here and they said they couldn’t see that I had upgraded. I haven’t. This is an annual renewal. I don’t know that I said auto renew. You have Taken£15 out of my account. I have tried to speak with an actual person to sort it out but there are no actual people to speak to…. I

Do you happen to know the URL of the site that the upgrade was applied to?
As staff-totoro noted, I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Hi @dawnconnah I have merged your new question into this existing thread since it’s the same topic.
As mentioned here, the issue is that the account you are talking to us under (dawnconnah) is not the owner of the domain andjeosarajevo.com.
That domain was purchased under another account with us, which is under a different login. To help with any cancellations we need to hear from the owner of the upgrade, which is why we can’t help when you are logged in as @dawnconnah
Instead you will need to regain access to the account that owns andjeosarajevo.com and from there we are happy to help. You can email this address to get help with accessing the account with the upgrade: passwordhelp@wordpress.com
