Cancel Website and account

    Hello,
    I’m trying to shut down this website. About 3 weeks ago, I thought I had done so, and today, 5/26, I saw a charge for $123.87 get applied to my credit card. I was trying to avoid this from happening as I no longer need this website. Is there anyway to reverse this? I’d like a refund on this. I’m trying to find out where to cancel everything but I’m not that familiar with the WordPress admin. Thank you.

    It looks like you’ve deleted this account since creating this post, so there is no way for us to continue this conversation to help you resolve this.

    The only recent charge I see on the lovetoscan you’d used to post here is a $9 monthly Jetpack plan renewal on 11 April. That plan was only removed on 20 May, so you are not eligible for a refund on that payment.

    There are no $123 charges for this account, which means that charge is for a completely different account.

    If you’re not sure what site or account that charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this.

    As it’s not possible for you to reply here with a deleted account, I’m closing this thread to further replies.
