Cancel Website and refund the money

    Hello dear friends. Six months ago, 11.6. I became the father of a daughter. I didn’t have time to work on the blog so I abandoned it. I missed the email to re-pay for next year. I would like to cancel the order as I am no longer involved with the blog. Dated 9.12. the bank took €114 from my current account. I would like to cancel the collaboration and I am asking for a refund, as we have little and I need it for my daughter. Please, how should I do this? Please cancel and refund the money.     Hi Martin, sorry to hear the site didn’t work, but congrats on the daughter. I don’t see any upgrades on this account, but I can share our refund policy with you:

    My recommendations:

    • First, find the right account. You should be able to log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders
    • If the payment was to us and just taken on December 9, you should be able to cancel and get a refund. You’ll just want to act quickly.
    • If it was taken on Sept 12, you could set the account to not auto renew, and you can also use the better part of the coming year to work on whatever you wanted from the site in the first place. We’d be glad to help you get that going.
