"Cancel" won't offer a refund in 30 day window, no domain via WP – what gives?

- I purchased one year of WordPress.com service for $99 on May 7th
- “Cancel” won’t offer a refund – within 30 day window – no way to talk to a human – what gives?
- Do I need to dispute via my credit card company?

Not sure if this is any help..
“WordPress provide a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. (( So Contact them at the aforementioned link for a refund…))
For domains, we can refund within 48 hours of purchase. Head to your My Upgrades page to get a refund, cancel, or turn off auto-renew”.

Actually you have to type in ‘contact’ and then it comes up with “”Can’t find what you’re looking for””? You’ll see it after a few ‘topics’.. and a ‘contact support’ kind of orange button comes up, click that and then you get the form…

Also, you can add a “modlook” tag in the sidebar of a forum thread where you need Staff assistance or reply.

Hi there,
I see you had a WordPress.com Premium plan purchased last year and it auto renewed on May 7. I just canceled and refunded that renewal for you, so your Premium plan is now set to expire on June 5, 2015.
It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
If you want to cancel the Premium plan right away (instead of waiting for it to expire on June 5) you can do that from your My Upgrades page or let me know and I can take care of that for you.
