  Hi, you can manage your plans from your account settings, click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner of your admin page. Next, navigate to “Manage Purchases”, select the site you wish to manage, then click Cancel Domain and Refund.

  As stated, this will cancel your plan and also your custom domain that came included with the plan, you will be returned to your sweetdomain.wordpress.com format. If you wish to retain your domain but drop the plan, please contact support through Live Chat or email and they may be able to resolve that for you.
