  Hello, for some reason my credit card made a payment of $82.60 on May 9th.

  I need to figure out what this charge is and how to cancel it. The original account should already have been deactivated but the payment has been made.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I don’t see any payments made from this WordPress.com account. Could you please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the charge details? You will see a contact form that you can use to submit the details to us. Our team will get back to you via email to help you with this.

  Alternatively, you can look up the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com (here’s how) and send it to us at billingsupport@wordpress.com.
