Cancel WordPress Service

    We want to cancel our WordPress service. How do we go about that? I believe that there is an automatic renewal agreement that needs to be terminated.

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you wish to cancel the upgrades for? Please do not share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, just a site address.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. Can you see the upgrades listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account?
