I did not authorize the use of my credit card for a premium subscription that was purchased yesterday. How do I receive a refund?

If you are within the refund period(within 30 days of purchase), head to your Manage Purchases page. This page can be accessed through your Me page in the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar.
Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.Thank you.

It looks like you already managed to cancel the plan, and we’ve issued a refund.
I did not authorize the use of my credit card
You agreed to our renewal policy when you first purchased that upgrade in July 2016, and we sent you an email a month ago to notify you that the renewal was approaching.
